- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I transferred to Bank of Albuquerque after becoming worried about the mess Bank of America has made of their investments and dealings. Yes, Bank of ABQ is not as fancy as BOA, the website isn't as glitzy, but it is more economically sound since it belongs to the Bank of Oklahoma. I don't have lots of money but the little I have is very important to me. I want it to be safe. I haven't had any problems with using the website or the mobile app. The bank recently called and offered me a lower interest rate on my mortgage. Customer service has been great, especially the time I lost my ATM card. They canceled it immediately over the phone and then when I found it the next day, the person at the bank was able to get my card reinstated, so I didn't have to change all my bills to a new card. I do all my banking online and haven't had any problem at all with Bank of Albuquerque; my checking account and my safe deposit box cost less than Bank of America's. I'm happy I changed banks and I wish I'd done it sooner.By Cathy C, September 03, 2017
