- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I only went to this shop due to the truck that was getting pipes were a gift, and this shop is one my brotherprefers. I have always used Sandia mufflers personally. I called before I went to make sure they completely understood what I wanted. I had my brother call and ensure that they got it. He talks to them all the time and had gotten his truck there before. The price that have me and him both matched and they stated they completely understood. So I arrive at my appointment everyone originally was so nice. I left my truck walked around ate at Lola's,by the way you should go eat there just to. Went back and they explained it would get louder at as i drive it, I understood that from experience. I started my truck it's not nearly as loud as a Ford F-350 should be. Then I looked and it was a single pipe not dual and the catalytic converter had not been cut off. Yes I'm aware if I had emmision that would be against the law but I don't and before I showed up again, I verified they understood that. I went in to talk to them and the lady was beyond rude to me and the guys wouldn't come out to speak to me. I called my brother to tell him the price and what happened. Lol he said I'm probably wrong cause I'm a girl and there is no way that price was right.He checked and I wasn't wrong about the work and that the guy screwed me on the price after seeing the receipt. He felt really bad. I might be a girl but this is not my only truck and deffently not my only set of pipes. I took it to Sandia Muffler on Central and of course he fixed everything.
