  What an awesome experience! The staff was so courteous and knowledgeable. I had a very difficult task and they helped me identify everything I needed so that I only had to make one extra trip. My company has been trying to do this for almost a year and I was able to complete it in two trips! Thank you!

  I went in last Tuesday, there were three girls in there trying to help customers but since the system was not working the line of people pilled up and cause a little frustration. I am not going to mention any names but a girl helped me and I waited 2 hours just to try and get a trailer registered, then she finally told me you have to come back tomorrow, you wont have to wait, and you will be first in line. So I came back in the morning around 10am, I waited and other people from the following day were there waiting, the systems were still crashing and I waited 2.5 hours just to get a trailer registered. The ladies were greeting customer as they walked in however they were not explaining what was going on, they talked too much between each other did not explain anything to anyone waiting. I would say they have good customer service when you walk in but as for helping customers they really need to work on their customer service skills. If you are representing a private owned company that takes care of government paperwork, I would hope that there would be some professionalism. I would say you guys have good staff members but you really need to brush up on customer service or this place will be losing a lot of business soon.

  We went on a Wednesday at 5 and there was NO line. The woman who waited on us was very helpful, patient and courteous. I will definitely go back.
