  This post office has to be the worst post office I have ever had to deal with. What really pissed me off was that I waited from the time they opened until 6:30 pm for my package that I absolutely needed today. According to my tracking number, it was in transit and on its way to my home. Do you know this place NEVER had it on the truck! I guess I was supposed to read their mind and know they left it at the post office. I spoke to customer service is very uneducated and then I get someone that is in their 70’s it sounds like and it took her 10 minutes to HEAR my long tracking number and another 10 minutes for her to repeat it back to me. Another 30 minutes for her to explain to me that it’s being delivered only to think I was in MEXICO and not knowing how packages are delivered to us. I am LIVID that I did not get my package which contained my medication. I will never use this post office again. I will make sure all my mail is routed somewhere else! This place needs to be retrained or shut down completely! I have attached a screen shot showing that it's been in transit. They really need to come up with another system to show if it's truly at the facility or is it truly being delivered. Go the extra mile and take care of your customers...you get paid enough for it! Do your job!!!

  First of all rude as hell. No smile its like if you dont wanna be there F. off lady 2. No one answers the damn phone. They gave me the wrong keys for my box!!!!

  Some things have been delivered far later than necessary. But the staff at the post office seem fast and customer service is very professional and polite. Our HOA mailboxes were recently vandalized and all of the residents are needing to pick up mail from the post office directly for a while. The staff have been friendly and very polite through the whole ordeal. I have had less than positive experiences with staff at other post offices but this location has met a higher standard. It's true that the interior is dingy and in bad need of a makeover, but I get my mail in a timely fashion and the staff are courteous and that's what matters most.
