- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I dropped off a package for next day delivery. Unfortunately the package did not arrive the next day. However my complaint is actually with the customer service, or lack thereof, that I received. When I went in to get a refund, Kenny refused saying that there is a 2 week limit from when the package is shipped to get a refund. I wish I would have know this sooner. I called headquarters twice within this 2 week period and was never told about a 2 week limit. I am incredibly disappointed with this store and with UPS as a whole. My business hereafter will be given to a different shipping company, one which actually cares about customer service.By Natalie Wilson, July 15, 2017
