He claims to not know how to use aspects of the computer at his counter and three times has told my wife, or I, that we need to go to other post offices for help. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Claimed they were here at 10:38..... if they were, the driver didn't knock at all... second delivery attempt I told them to knock loud.... still nothing... and I live in an apt... I'm extremely livid at USPS for either getting their delivery times wrong on both deliveries or not knocking. I had two people in my house waiting for the package and no one heard them.
