- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆No consideration for a family. They placed my 2 year old son 6 rows behind my wife and I. When I asked if they would put us all together she said no, and that we would have switch amongst ourselves. Which I thought you were not supposed to do as they would not know what happened to who if something was to happen. I would suggest they teach their staff to cater to the family as we are a large portion of their customers. And when there is one flying there are generally 3-4 others there as well. I don't normally complain but as my wife is pregnant with twins and should not be stressing out with a child. And is slightly "hormonal" if you can feel me. What am I supposed to do. No one wants to be put threw that. This is my fourth flight this week on AA. The other three were great. The staff was willing and able. But this lady was a piece of work. Singles yes families no, should be this AA's motto.By A Google User, December 26, 2016
