  Years ago I was making a deposit into my wife's account. Since I was not a member they insisted I needed to be fingerprinted! I complied and decided that was one Bank I would not open an account with. Unfortunately my son now has an account because of my wife's prompting. And I need to make a deposit for him. Happy, happy, joy, joy.

  I'd give ZERO stars if possible. By far the worst bank I've ever dealt with. I was just trying to cash a check. 3 different employees were aggressively trying to sell me on opening an account. They wouldn't lay off and said "oh come on, it'll only take 10 minutes." I declined and asked for my check to get cashed. The teller got really upset and then said that she would need to get a manager to verify the validity of the check - it was a payroll check. The manager (one of the 3 aggressive sales people) sat there for 15 minutes looking at emails and continued to help the customers in the drive- thru as my check just sat there. They were obviously just trying to prove a point that I should have opened an account. Now 20 minutes pass... I'm pissed now. I ask if there's a problem and the teller, really rudely says, "I told you we have to verify it." Nothing was being verified. I finally asked for my check and left. Bank of America always have an aggressive sales approach and always act REALLY rude. Ridiculous.
