  I recently moved and went through a name change, so I needed a new ID. With all of the new requirements for the Real ID, I made sure to do my research before going in and went prepared with extra documents just in case. I went to an MVD Express location closer to my house and had a pretty awful experience, was denied a new ID because my name was mismatched on some of the documents, and ended up leaving with little help. So I made an appointment online (SUPER convenient, by the way) at this location, walked in, was greeted by the manager Miguel, and was helped within minutes. What a different experience! The clerk, Tiffany, was super friendly, efficient, and helpful. She reviewed my documents, explained what was required and acceptable with the Real ID act, and had me all situated with my new ID within 10-15 minutes. Totally worth the convenience fee, I will definitely be back here in the future.

  I've now been in 3 times since Monday to try to renew my license. All 3 times the system has been down. I was turned away without a work around or alternative solution. The first two days I was told that everyone's system was down; including the MVD propper. The 3rd day I was told that was not true, that in fact the MVD main system was up. This incorrect information had now forced my license to expire. I now have to incur all the issues that come with that. Being unable to drive, in addition to all the exta bureaucracy I am sure I now a subject to. All because of your inablilly to administrate your own internal systems and your employees incompetence. I work full time plus and I visit your location because youre supposed to have you're system well administered.I want to know what you're going to do to remedy this situation.

  The lady who took my name did not place me on wait list. When I realized it, she put me at the end. Been here for like 30 minutes....starting to feel like the state office... going to try another private company next time :(

  I went to renew my registration got charged a convenience fee for PAYING for my passed due renewal and ANOTHER convenience fee for regular registration! Total rip off, it should be one fee for the visit..never going back..waiting 37 minutes was NOT CONVENIENT either.
