  Terrible! The branch manager Nicki is so rude, unhelpful, and definitely should not be in customer service. Now looking for a new credit union.

  Nusenda (formerly New Mexico Educators) is the best place I have ever banked with! I tried Wells Fargo and Bank of Albuquerque and they were both terrible and charged me to use my own money among an other million charges here and there. I finally switched and have been with them for about 4 years. The benefits they have are amazing! I have a checking, savings, credit card, and car loan through them and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The interest rates for my card and car are so low I barely notice them and they have additional insurance you can get. They also helped me raise my credit score. I very much appreciate Nausea and I will never change where I bank again. My next plan is to finance a house!

  Worst banking experience I have had. I had my account for over 16 year but recently I have decided to close it. They used to have good customer service but this is no longer the case. Let's not forget the fees....on everything....everything....really I mean everything. I wouldn't be sprites if they started charging a fee for parking. I have not had issues with the other two banks I currently use. I highly recommend taking your money elsewhere
