- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This location is a bunch of rip offs over charging and taking advantage of people, not to mention the horrible customer service. I think they hire their staff especially woman based on their looks because the attitude and lack of wanting to help is absolutely terrible. A smile wouldn't hurt instead you get the mean mug look like they are doing you a favor. Had the worst experience ever with the owner Cruz Olague and Paula who had us running around to get my vehicle registered and at the end the form was filled out wrong due to taking the advise of Cruz and making us jump hoops. When expressing our dissatisfaction with the office they refused to take our application and told us to look elsewhere. Never again will I step foot in that location. If anyone else has had an issue with them don't think that you cannot do anything about it, file a complaint with the motor vehicle division.By jesus rivera, October 09, 2016
