- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This bank is difficult. Their drive thru has been okay up until recently. They have given me a tremendous amount of trouble utilizing my shared banking privileges. The manager Jared Trujillo had no idea how to do his job today. I filled a formal complaint with my institution about this banks shared bank practices and poor customer service. Hopefully my institution will remove them from their list of acceptable shared branches so that members do not have to experience such poor service.By Ce R, June 01, 2017
