  I paid my bill late on 28th it's due like 22ND three business days my car beebs still after payment was paid. Its the warning beeb to say hey man u late yes 27th they called and said u are getting looked at for repo I'm like really I pay 210$ month 110$ goes to principal 100$ interest yes I knew that getting into the financing but really repo I doubt they would loose 100$ a month for 5 or 6 days late but you know corporations they really don't care we are just numbers .sunstar has been great tho no problems what so ever besides them punishing me by leaving the beeb noise on now after 3 their business days. Sunstar is exactly like the other company's with half your payment straight to interest. Sunstar will finance u as long as u have a job sometimes u just need that car to continue to work when your credit is bad cuz of a divorce or whatever. Just pay your loan off asap.

  Refuses to release title after payoff. Even offered to go down and have them sign the DMV- release of lien paperwork and they are refusing to do so. Stear clear, something is fishy when they wont return calls or sign documentation. I have proof we are all paid up. What they are doing is against the law since we have paid it all and there is no reason for them to continue to hold onto it when we are offering to go down for someone to sign it. Apparently no one has authorization to do anything and Justin said 'the owner does whatever he wants, you'll have to deal with it' I have recordings of my conversations and willing to provide them to anyone that asks. Very rude staff. Everything was fine until it was time for them to make good on their end.

  Today I get in my car and it was turned off. I had called to request extension but I was told I can but have to pay 245.00 but my regular payment is$291. I had family crisis and I can't make may payment. So I said I'll try and get a payment by end of month but if they can help me out. But they not doing nothing.
