  I'll keep it simple. Two incidents at this location. First a banker (not sure on name but kind of tall and blonde and slightly curly hair) called me to her office for a "skip a pay". She ask how I'm doing and I said" great and how about you". She state "I'm obviously doing better than you". I was shocked but ignored it and did my transaction. Second incident was another transaction on a different day. Patty Montoya (Banker) stated she would call me back that day and never did. I called to follow up and another banker stated she was scheduled to get off at 2pm and left for the day already (it was after 3pm). No call back was done. The bank as a whole is great but the customer service is bad.

  This credit union branch is outstanding! All employees from the branch manager, assistant manager, loan assistant, to the tellers have been exceptional. All personnel have excellent customer service traits. This credit union rewards their customers and treats them with respect. They provide incentives for their customers to continue to bring their business to Eagle FCU. Our home loan was approved in less than two hours. And our car loan was pre approved in less than 15 minutes. My wife and I feel blessed to do business with this particular branch. This branch treats their customers professionally and with respect. They have truly deserved our business. This branch is an A plus rating. Trust me, I do not give favorable ratings if they are not deserving.
