- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They've made a couple mistakes over the. course of my auto loan (about two years now). I went to refinance a while back. After retuning signed papers, they said it was in processing and to expect a call within a few days to confirm everything. Over two weeks later, not having heard back, I called to follow up and they had completely forgotten about my loan. Additionally, every time I call in to ask a simple question I wait on hold for at least 15 minutes or more. Several of the bankers have given me attitude because I don't have my account number handy (too lazy to look it up?). I just don't get the feeling they care about me.
