    Started off really Well was with them for a little over 2 yrs. unfortunately our rates kept going up EVERY month. we had called and he was able to fix a few times, well this month apparently he had to much on his plate our bill went up doubled we tried for the past 3 weeks (even though Mr. Dunn argued it wasn't that long I have email dates) to get this sorted out and finally got a response literally when we were on our way to another company. well now they still took the payment out even though we had cancelled our policy with them only to find out they are not refunding it all. which he has explained to me why not all, however if we could have gotten a call saying Look we are still going to charge this much, things would have been so much better from our end now I have over drafts fees which we get charged daily etc. I'd Recommend going to another agent if you choose to go to state farm. maybe someone more dependable.
