- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I encountered the worst customer service from the management at his location. The regular clerks were very nice but when they reached out to their bosses, they treated us like second rate citizens! I was there 6 times trying to a drivers license and was told i needed something different every time. After the sixth time we went to a regular MVD and the clerk had no problems accepting our documents that this 4th street denied. I had used this location numerous times in the past, but never again will they get my business. Disappointed customer in the north valley.By Diana Colby, July 22, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went to this location 4 months ago to renew my new Mexico state I'd paid 38 dollars for the 8 year one and was told I should receive it by 2 weeks. Just to get something straight i gave them my full address witch is very unprofessional to forget an apt number. so 2 weeks turn into 2 months called them to ask where is my I'd they told me to call the number on the back of the paper witch I already know that and was a waste of time called and was told they sent it to my address but did not put my apt number so they put it on hold and said they sent it back out check the status on the site said delivered b.s never received it.do not get or renew your state I'd here money lost and no I'd hopefully they will change there unprofessional behavior or hire new people to better there services one day...glad to have went some where else to get my id renewed..I will never go back here again.......By Lavoto Lunsford, December 28, 2016
