  Just heads up. If your licensing specialist is barbara gurulu you are unlucky. Barbara is rude and cranky person.she is unproffesional and cranky. As soon as she says hello on the phone she is in a hurry to drop the call and she really speaks in unproffesional way .if you don't like your job barbara why don't you quit your job. I will file a complain to director of board of nursing!.i know im not the only one who was treated my barbara gorilla.! So just file and email a complaint to director of board of nursing!!

  Every single person I have talked to either on the phone or in person have been extremely rude and cranky. I was spoken to like I call them all day long to bother, when in fact, I've only had to stop in twice in 4 years and call twice in 5 years. I would've thought people would be professional and polite. I guess that's too much to ask. I'm really disappointed.
