  I called to get some information and PAM answered. I am on a walker and asked her if the lobby was full and she kept repeating, "it is a first come first serve basis". I was asking because I can't stand long. She then hung up on me. I called back several times and I know it was her that kept picking up the phone and hanging it up. So guess what she hung up too many times on me. Start this complaint at the bottom an work it all the way to the top.

  Today I sat in line for over two hours (on the floor, because it was so busy), stepped in gum three times going back and forth to feed the parking meter, and did not accomplish what I went in to do. I got to the counter, and the teller didn't even know the Real ID requirements. She tried to turn me away for something that was allowed as proof of residency. I successfully argued my case on that one. Then I found out that my other proof of residency didn't work, because there's a DIFFERENT COPY OF THE REAL ID REQUIREMENTS LIST HERE THAN THE ONE THEY PUBLISH ON THE INTERNET. I'd give them zero stars if I could.
