- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Everyone here is knowledgeable. They've helped me build my credit.and helped my boyfriend get his first credit card, so he could build his credit. I've had this account since I was 15 years old. And I am 25. So 10 years. Very happy. I've never got fees for anything. Be smart about what's being taken out of your account every month. Like a recurring bill because if u go over then duhh your going to get fees. . .So don't be dumb.By Breanna Monroy, April 27, 2017
- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Once was a good experience, but they've continually made having one of their credit cards less and less pleasant. They hold credit card payments for nearly two weeks...doesn't matter that you pay in full on autopay, or that the money has been debited from your other account, the "available credit" doesn't reflect the payment (nor are they giving you any interest on your two week loan of your money). They claim the policy is for "protection". Truth is, it's for *their* protection, not yours as a card-holder. Since moving to chip cards, they block payments over the phone...makes the card useless when, say, trying to book a hotel stay which requires any payment in advance. I've had multiple times now where I've been forced to use another card, despite having *plenty* of room on the card because Nusenda doesn't seem to believe being able to use your card when needed is all that important. Switching is a pain, so, I've been a captive audience thus far, but, I'm looking. Would not recommend starting with them, though. Not worth the hassle, at all.By Jacy Grannis, February 20, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I have always experienced friendly, courteous service at this CU and other Nusenda branches. Occasionally I need to wait which gives me time to enjoy a cup of coffee.
