  I have been using this UPS Store since they opened. My experience has been nothing short of amazing !!! Always helpful and courteous. I had a broken foot 2 years ago. They would always carry the packages and help me. I have shipped from there and delivered. Never a problem. Sometimes if you talk nice to the people who work there, they just might be nice back. Retail is a rough job try it somtime. Highly recommend Golf Course UPS !!

  Awful, clueless, incompetent, horribly obnoxious employees. Equipment that does not work. Can't get the simplest job done. The only employee in the store was completely clueless about the very business services the store claims to offer It was as if she wasn't even sure she worked there. When the PC the store RENTS for $5 per 15 minutes wouldn't work she and blamed it on someone else, said there was nothing she could do and knew nothing about the PC, and told us to come back another day. We went to the nearby FedEx office store and everything just worked without any hassle. We were in and out in way less time than we spent unsuccessfully getting anything done in this UPS store and the FedEx store staff was pleasant. professional and could answer questions - a far cry from what you'll get at this UPS Store. Don't even bother trying to get business services from this UPS store. You will waste your time and walk out frustrated. Drive a bit further and you'll find pleasant, competent employees and working equipment - a huge contrast to this place.

  Worst experience I have ever encountered!!!! Went to the store to send out a package and was denied service by the "owner" Kim. I arrived at the at the store at 6:05 leaving me enough time before closing at 6:30. The owner refused to take my book and told me to go to another location, because they were closed for the night. When I asked her why she wouldn't help me, she quickly became very hostile and rude. She shoved the book back at me, and said "to take my service else where", because she "didn't want to deal with it". Kim also said "it's not my problem you got here late", then walked away. For Kim being an owner, she was very unprofessional and the way she treated me was unacceptable!
