  Proud to be a Wells Fargo customer! I went in on a busy weekday afternoon. After a brief wait in the lobby Jennifer McCoy noticed all the personal bankers were occupied and decided to see if she could be of assistance even though she normally handles business banking. It was clear Jennifer had my best interest in mind and her customer service was above and beyond what I expected.

  I can't say much about the bank itself well cause you need money in your account for that LOL but what I can say is that they have excellent bankers! I've been into this location twice as it is conveniently near me and twice now I've been helped by Sofia. Sofia is very kind, knowledgeable, and takes great care in her customers. The first time Sofia helped me update my account information, printed paperwork for me, and even made helpful suggestions to better suit my banking needs. Yesterday when I went in I was really glad to be able to sit down with Sofia and have her assist me again. The nicest part was she even remembered who I was and my name, that right there folks is excellent customer service! She went above and beyond again and not only printed the documents I needed but helped fill them out for my pre employment employers! You rock girl! I'm sure now that i will actually have some money to deposit that I will be able to experience other aspects of the institution and I'm sure that the other staff members are just as awesome as Sofia!
