  If you come at or around noon do not expect to be in and out in 10 minutes or less. In fact get comfortable for a 20 minute wait and HOPE you chose the right lane in the drive through. HOPE you have the patience to withstand the crawling pace of the single teller tending to all three lanes. And f you chose the wrong HOPE the person in front of you isn't trying to apply for credit or some other time consuming bank activity. I WILL NOT be returning the Richmond branch at any point or time in the future. ESPECIALLY around noon. A 20 minute delay is not what I want from a drive thru, no matter the business. Absolutely livid.

  I agree with the long waits. At first I thought it was an isolated experience. I've been at 10am, noon time and at 2pm. Each time I've had to wait at least 10 min and the employees seem clueless though they try to be friendly which is nice. Managers stand around monitoring but not helping the flow or speed up process when one customer is taking more time or when there's more than 5 people in line. Back home in LA the managers would step in and help or wait was never more than 5 min.

  Nicest tellers I've ever met at a Wells Fargo. In my time doing deposits daily for work they actally bothered to get to know us and were very friendly even though they would seem pretty stressed out at times. I specially miss Tanya now that I no longer do deposits here. I hope the company takes care of these employees since good workers are hard to come by
