- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Husband's wallet was stolen. We both went into this location. Gentleman by the door was knowledgeable of what we needed. Once we went to his manager, it was a different story. She would not help only if he had ID, but I had my ID&bank card. Frustrate ensued. No alert on our account, no suspension, she said come back when fraud had occurred. I said we're trying to prevent fraud. As we were leaving with no resolve, I heard her yelling 'and don't come back here'. Another lady mocking said, 'have a good day. It's Friday!'
