  Really enjoyed buying my car here. Went to 3 dealerships and they told me to wait that the price would go down in a few days. I shopped around and I liked that they were looking out for the fact that I was on a budget. I got the brand new car I wanted and a good price. Thank you for all your help to our seller and the main manager. It was greatly appreciated. I sent a customer who bought a car a week later. My neighbor also bought one there also.

  I would not buy from this company again. Salesman was nice but once you get to finance with Derek plan on dealing with an arrogant person. if you want to sit and listen about his expensive cars he owns and doesn't allow his children or wife ride in unless it's date night for his wife. They do not hold to what they promise. I have had to call back and deal with the manager just to get issues resolved. Did not pay off my trade in before the next payment was due. Was told it's okay there is a grace period. Nice for them when it's not their credit. Just got a call from Michelle who handles the pay off and was told she just does what she is told. Way to take responsibility Michelle! We bought 2 cars in one day from them and this is the service you get. I would highly suggest not going here if you are a female as it seems to be chauvinistic as well. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. It has been over 24 hours since I have found out my previous vehicle was not paid off. The manager has not called me back nor provided proof that my car has been paid off.

  I had an 11 am appt. to unlock a radio, arrived at 10:30 to get checked in. I waited for over 3 hours and kept inquiring about my car as I was told it would only take 90 minutes. Whats the point in having an appointment? Finally, they said it would take another three hours, mind you I was supposed to be at work and had to cancel a meeting. Then I told them I would leave it if they can take me to work which was less than a mile and a half away, and they said no, we don't do that here. I talked to several people in their waiting room and they all had way more complex issues than me and they were being helped way before me. I just wasted over three hours of my day and 2 hours of vacation I had to use and still didn't get my radio unlocked. Heading to Reliable, they will do it cheaper and said only 45 minutes, max. Never going back to Galles for anything.
