  Horrible. Called in advance to make sure I had everything I needed. When I waited for 30 minutes, I found out whoever answers the phone has no idea what they are talking about. The employee "helping " me was happy to say "it's not my problem" I would never go back.

  One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I will use the San mateo/Lomas office from now on. They unfortunately were unable to issue a driver's id due to software issues, but double checked all my documents to be sure I had what was needed then sent me to this office. After waiting for around 20 min, the staff called me up. I explained and gave them my documents. The worker refused to take them because they "weren't what we usually get" despite being listed as acceptable under the state REAL ID sheet. I told her to check the sheet and pointed out where it was listed as acceptable. She then dismissed me again saying her Manager said they wouldn't take them. More like they couldnt be bothered. I am upset at such poor service and will send people to the other office only now.

  So if this place ia supposed to be better than the regular MVD, they're not. Same attitude and incompetence. They kept trying to fax me for the title instead of the title company. Had to go in ans tell them to stop and try the right number. Still two weeks later, nothing. Went in to check and they had done nothing to follow up or resend the fax the right place. Rhw girls who work here are young, lazy and incompetent. Not to mention more expensive than rhe regular MVD. Why bother. Bad business. Don't waste your time or money coming here.
