- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went to this location to make my car payment. Went through the drive through & asked if I could use my debit card & was told by the teller that I could. After giving my card to the teller he said I would have to go inside to use it. It takes a little while to be able & turn around at this location to park & go into the lobby. The teller knew I was driving from the drive through to the parking lot to go in the lobby & the teller locked me out! So I was first given inaccurate information on being able to use my debit card for my payment & was locked out because going from the drive through to the lobby is a total inconvenience. Employees should be trained to give accurate information & have the customer service skills to make up if false information is given.By Patricia Lingnau, August 13, 2017
